Meet Your Coach

Hi! I’m Fran Dalton, founder of Exclusive Nutrition and Certified Nutritionist & Health Coach with over 25 years of experience. I’ve helped over 20,000 people lose weight and become healthier versions of themselves, including members of the NFL, NBA, and the fabulous Mary Kay Ash! 

I’ve owned and operated two worldwide weight loss franchises, both of which ranked in the Top 10 and many times in the Top 2 out of 500 franchises worldwide.

And, like you, my own health journey has not been without its challenges. In 2010, a few years after selling both of my franchises, I found myself in the precarious position of battling debilitating hip pain and significant weight gain. I put on almost 200 pounds and faced an embarrassing, uphill battle that I’d helped so many of my clients overcome.

By 2018, I was almost completely immobile at 56 years old and had finally had enough! I put in the hard work and committed to losing 194 pounds in just 15 months. (Ambitious, I know!)

My approach toward weight loss is different. (Keep in mind, this program—and not just for myself who has lost a over 200 pounds 🤯, but for thousands of women I've helped lose weight too!  

My program revolves around nutritious whole foods, wellness, and balance . . . NOT fad diets, scarcity, and restriction (spoiler alert: those don’t work!)

How many hours will I need to invest in the challenge every week to see results?

The LIVE group coaching calls and trainings are typically 20-30 minutes daily. They are all stored in the private Facebook group for you to watch at your convenience if you can’t make it live.  

Meal prepping, grocery shopping, and mindset work will take about 5 hours per week. Side note: Putting knowledge into simple action changes your relationship with food and creates lasting weight loss results. And that's what I teach you over our 28 days together.
